[ Know-how Transfer
The goal of the working group Know-how Transfer is to promote dialogue and exchange of experiences between politicians and entrepreneurs.
This working group aims at providing a platform for a better understanding of one another as well as for constructive criticisms.
The working group organises work experiences for members of the German Bundestag and the Schleswig-Holstein Parliament.
In the course of such a “traineeship”, members of the German Bundestag or of the Schleswig-Holstein Parliament spend two to three days in a company in their respective constituencies and receive an up-close look into daily business processes and the mind of business men.
Furthermore the working group visits politicians in their constituency or in parliament on a regular basis, in order to get to know their way of work and fields of activity.
